Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription within the CCare ABG application. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions made within the CCare ABG application are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the application, or unused subscription periods.

2. Reason for This Policy

CCare ABG is a specialized medical research and education tool. Upon payment, users are granted immediate access to premium digital content and features. As the service is delivered digitally and access is granted instantly upon purchase, no refund can be issued once a transaction is completed.

3. Subscriptions

All subscription plans (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once activated
If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period
Auto-renewal of subscriptions is the user's responsibility to manage via Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings

4. In-App Purchases

Any one-time in-app purchases (if applicable) are also strictly non-refundable once the transaction has been processed and access has been granted.

5. Platform-Level Refunds

Refund requests submitted directly to Google Play Store or Apple App Store are governed entirely by their respective refund policies. CCare ABG has no control over and accepts no responsibility for decisions made by these platforms.

6. Exceptions

In the rare event of a verified duplicate charge or a billing error caused solely by our system, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed, resolve the issue at our discretion.
